• Attempting to circumvent minute caps, billing limits, or authentication
• Using extracted data to train competing AI models
• Attempting to access other users' session data or account information

Commercial misuse:

• Reselling or sublicensing access to the service
• Using session recordings or transcripts in commercial products without permission
• Representing AI-generated scores or feedback as human evaluation in a commercial context

Content misuse:

• Using the service to generate content intended to deceive or defraud
• Creating personas designed to simulate specific real individuals without consent
• Generating content that is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful
