These Terms of Service govern your use of DemoCritic (democritic.co), operated by Vibeitup Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@democritic.co
1. The Service
DemoCritic is an AI-powered sales practice platform. Users practice simulated sales calls with AI buyer personas and receive scored feedback based on the FIND framework. Practice sessions are simulations only — AI buyers are fictional.
2. Accounts
- You must be 16 or older to create an account
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- You may not share your account with others
- One account per person
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account by emailing hello@democritic.co.
3. Subscriptions and Payment

| Pro (£79/month) | 180 voice minutes per month, unlimited custom personas, all stages including committee |
- Subscriptions billed monthly in advance via our payment provider
- Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period
- You may cancel at any time — access continues until period end
- We do not offer refunds for partial periods
- Extra minutes available: Starter £8 per 30 minutes, Pro £6 per 30 minutes

4. Acceptable Use
You may:
- Practice sales conversations for professional development
- Complete the diagnostic tool
- Create custom buyer personas
- Share session scores and debrief reports
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our AI prompts or persona data
- Use automated tools to access the service outside normal browser use
- Resell or sublicense access
- Use the service to train competing AI models
- Attempt to bypass usage limits
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property
DemoCritic, the FIND framework implementation, all AI buyer personas, and associated software are owned by Vibeitup Ltd. You retain ownership of content you input. We do not claim ownership of your session data and do not use it beyond operating the service.
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI responses are simulations and do not reflect views of real people or companies
- Persona names are fictional — any resemblance to real people is coincidental
- Scores and debrief content are AI-generated guidance, not definitive evaluation
7. Limitation of Liability
- Service provided as-is without warranties
- We are not responsible for commercial outcomes from using the service
- Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months preceding any claim
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We will notify you of significant changes by email to
hello@democritic.co at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Call Recording and Audio Processing
DemoCritic Live captures audio from your device during live sales calls. By using this feature you confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents required by applicable law in your jurisdiction to record the conversation. In jurisdictions requiring all-party consent (including California, Illinois, and other all-party consent states and countries), you must inform all call participants before recording begins. Vibeitup Ltd accepts no liability for your failure to comply with applicable recording laws. Audio data may be processed by third-party service providers that support features such as transcription, analysis, hosting, billing, and service operations, subject to their respective privacy policies.
