Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases on DemoCritic (democritic.co).

Subscriptions

  • DemoCritic subscriptions (Core and Pro) are billed monthly in advance
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain full access until the end of the period you have paid for
  • We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of a billing period

Extra Minutes

  • Extra minutes purchases are non-refundable once purchased
  • Unused extra minutes expire at the end of your current billing period
  • Extra minutes cannot be transferred between accounts

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our error
  • A billing error resulted in a duplicate charge
  • You were charged after cancellation due to a technical error on our side

To request an exceptional refund, email hello@democritic.co within 7 days of the charge, explaining the circumstances. We will review and respond within 5 working days.
